Returns

Returns are excepted for Fine Art Prints ONLY within 15 days of delivery with a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition. If you would like to make a return, please contact us at: hello@virginiakraljevic.com with that request and we will promptly assist you in that process.

Due to the delicate nature of packaging and shipping one-of-a-kind Original Artwork, returns and exchanges are not accepted on any original artwork. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at: hello@virginiakraljevic.com

Cancellations are accepted, but MUST be communicated to us within 6 hours of purchase at: hello@virginiakraljevic.com because we get to work on your order promptly. Cancellations are not accepted for any digital download or digital product.
