Shipping policy

All orders SHIP FREE within the United States of America via United States Postal Service with tracking. 

All orders ship out within 1-2 business days after purchase. Delivery times are dependent upon the mail service provider noted below and are dependent on the type of product you purchased. Orders placed after 12 pm are treated as if they came in the next business day.

Fine Art Prints are shipped via USPS First Class and can add 3-4 business days to your delivery time. All Fine Art Prints are made-to-order in-house by Virginia Kraljevic. Please note that 8x10" prints are packaged very well in sturdy, flat crush-proof envelopes. 11x14" and 13x19" prints are packaged securely and shipped rolled up in crush-proof mailing tubes to provide maximum protection against any damage during transport. All prints are shipped in protective plastic sleeves. Please note that Virginia Kraljevic is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit by the mail service provider.

Original Artwork is shipped via Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation and additional insurance of the value of the item(s) that can add an approximate 3-4 business days to delivery time. Original artwork will be packaged with the utmost protection and will be placed either in a box or mailing tube dependent upon the size, shape, and material(s) used. All original pieces of artwork are shipped in protective, plastic sleeves. Please note that Virginia Kraljevic is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit by the mail service provider.
